Country French Bread

    Country French Bread

    1 1/2 cups water (I use bottled water at room temp when I have it)
    2 tsp. butter softened
    4 cups King Arthur Bread flour
    4 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 tsp. SAF Perfect Rise yeast

    Put everything in the bread machine as listed, then set for French Bread. Press start..... and when it's done baking, remove from pan and let cool about 45 min before slicing
