Pizza Dough

    PIZZA DOUGH

    1 cup water
    3 cups white bread flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
    2 teaspoons yeast

    Put through dough cycle, punch down, and roll into two pizzas. Prebake five minutes at 400 degrees, add ingredients, return to oven for another six minutes.
