Rosemary Focaccia Bread
1 cup warm water
1/3 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Topping:
1/4 cup olive oil
1-1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup finely minced garlic
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon rosemary
Place ingredients into bread machine and choose the basic dough setting.
When dough cycle is finished, evenly press dough into a greased 9 x 13 pan with oiled hands. Using fingertips, make indentations in the dough.
Cover, let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until double in size. While the dough is rising, prepare the topping.
Heat olive oil in a skillet until warm (do not let start to boil). Stir in oregano, garlic and rosemary and immediately remove from heat.
Use fingers to press dimples into dough. Spoon topping mixture evenly over dough. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until done.
