Sorry about being so long getting back to you! Here's the Potato Bread recipe
11 oz. water,80 degrees (1 1/4 cups + 2 tbsp.)
2 tbsp. butter
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup instant potato flakes
2 tbsp. dry milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. bread machine/fast rise yeast
Follow directions according to your bread machine as far as ingredient order. Select basic cycle, crust color and loaf size of 1 1/2 pound
This is a WONDERFUL tasting bread and we ususally don't like white breads; but we love this one!
The recipe states that you can save liquid from cooking potatoes to replace water in this recipe for added flavor. I've never done this, but know other people that have and they say it defintely does add even more flavor! I just never think to save my potato water!
I can't think of any particular bread recipe I need right now, but if I do I'll be sure to ask on here; thanks!
