Throw Together Chicken Supper

Throw Together Chicken Supper

I made this last nite when I could not think of anything
else to make.

1 pound boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
1 can cream of chicken soup (can use cream of mushroom)
1/2 soup can of milk
1 16 oz bag of veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, and
carrots work best)
dash of pepper to taste
sprinkle of poultry seasoning, no more than 1/4 tsp
perogies, found in frozen food section by potatoes
(can use rice or noodles instead, I just wanted something different)

Cook diced chicken in a small amount of oil in skillet
over medium-high heat for about 5-8 minutes until
done. Add the soup, veggies, milk, pepper, and
poultry seasoning, heat to bubbling. Lower heat,
cover and cook about 10-15 minutes, or until your
veggies are tender. You may like crisp veggies, we
like ours cooked. Stir occasionally. In the mean time,
cook perogies, rice, or noodles. After your veggies are
cooked, remove cover and let cook about 5 more
minutes to thicken sauce.

To serve, place perogies, rice or noodles in plate, top with
chicken/veggie mix, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
This was so easy and very tasty.

I have made a similar dish using gravy instead of cr. soup. I used the same veggies since they are Ds's favorites. This is a guarateed hit at our house!! MMM!!
