3 potatoes, cut into medium chunks
3 carrots, sliced into 1" coins
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb chicken, cut into cubes
salt & pepper
Pastry dough for 2 pies

Make the pie crust and roll out into 6 small circles for individual pies. Combine ingredients and put on front half of the circles. Fold crust over the ingredients. Seal by placing a little water between edges of crust and pinch. Then press edges with tines of a fork to seal. Prick crust a few times for steam to escape. Bake about 40 to 50 minutes at 375 degrees or till crust is browned and meat is thoroughly cooked.
