Need Ideas for 75th BD party

This is for a very sweet lady at church. She is always cheerful, smiling and nicely dressed. The invitation says to prepare a story, song or poem in honor of her life. Well, singing is definitely out and I'm not very poetic. I've known her for several years but not enough to think of a good story. Any ideas?

Are you creative?
can you collect a few photos from friends and do a picture story of her?

Thanks for the suggestion but I could only get a picture of her now from the church computer web site. I waited too long and the party is tomorrow afternoon. Guess I will just buy her a nice card or maybe print one from my computer. If I make my own card at least that will be unique.

An handmade card would be lovely (always the best)
Hope you have a lovely time

I had a couple of ideas but couldn't find what I wanted to do it and I ran out of time, so ended up getting a store bought card with a nice poem on it.

There were a lot of people at the party and nobody sang or read poems. One lady who was sitting at the table with me told her that she had a song and another lady was going to read a poem out of a book but she told them to save them for their ladies meeting at her house on Tuesday. I don't go to that due to my work schedule.

Thanks for your good suggestion though. I may use it for other parties in the future.

Sorry this is a late reply posting, but you could still "send" this to her...You could write about how you met her and how she has touched your life, and how you are a better person for knowing her.

Thanks Jen. I was going to do something like that with writing several nice sentences about her and taping a coin next to each one. I thought of either using quarters to equal 75 cents but three things didn't seem like enough. so I thought maybe seven pennies and a nickel since I couldn't afford 75 dollars. It wouldn't have been much money but would have been unique.

When my oldest nephew turned 21 I gave him 21 one dollar bills and 2 dimes and a penny. He thought it was a cool gift.
