Red and Blueberry Lemonade Slush

2 cups lemon juice
1-1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1 to 1-1/4 cups sugar
3 cups cold water
In a blender, combine the lemon juice, raspberries, blueberries and sugar. Cover and process until blended. Strain and discard seeds.
In a 2-1/2 qt. pitcher, combine berry mixture and water. Pour into a freezer container. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, remove from the freezer and let stand for 45 minutes or until slushy. Yield: 2 quarts.

The Red and Blueberry Lemonade Slush was a hit! We loved it! It was hot weather here and it was so nice to go pull this out of the freezer!

The recipe was very easy to follow and the only substitution I made was I used splenda in place of the regular sugar. DH usually doesn't eat anything with blueberries in it and he enjoyed it too! Another great recipe for my favorite box! Thanks for sharing Sweet Magnolia!
