Fruit "Freezes"

They by far are one of THE most delicious things I have EVER tasted!! They're easy to make and healthy to boot PLUS they're an easy way to get your little ones who don't like a particular fruit to eat it! LOL

All you need is ice and your favorite fruit and puree in a blender till smooth enough to drink through a straw (although you don't have to use one). Some of my fave fruits to use are strawberries, watermelon, honeydew and peach but you can use ANYTHING you desire!! (You can even add a little alcohol if you really want)

Happy Drinking!!

frozen agua fresca

Hey, i lvoe freeze fruits too...my nana used to make it in the summer time..it can be frozen or not..but i prefer frozen..we even add alcohol sometimes to make it a more adult drink

here is the recipe

Agua Fresca I N G R E D I E N T S
Fresh fruit such as pineapple, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, strawberries
Granulated white sugar
Water
I N S T R U C T I O N S
To make just take any ripe fruit (common flavors include pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, strawberry and papaya) blend till smooth, add water to thin to a light consistency and sweeten to taste with sugar. Depending on the fruit you may need to strain the mixture to remove any seeds or small bits, the drinks should be the consistency of water (thus the name)
