Ultimate Brownies

1/2 cup Miracle Whip
2 eggs,beaten
1/4 cups cold water
1 pkg(21.5 oz) fudge brownie mix
3 milk chocolate bars(7oz each) divided
walnut halves optional

Mix dressing, eggs and water until well blended. Stir in brownie mix, mixing just until moistened. Coarsely chop two chocolate bars; stir into brownie mixture. Pour into greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Chop remaining chocolate bar. Bake at 350*F for 30 to 35 min or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. Immediately tipe with remaining chocolate bar. Microwave Brownies

Ingredients

* 1 cup sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
* 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/3 cup baking cocoa
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
* confectioners' sugar, or you can cover with chocolate frosting or white icing, depends on what you like on your brownies.

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add butter; mix well. Combine the flour, cocoa and salt; add to butter mixture just until combined. Optional, stir in nuts. Spread into a greased microwave-safe 8-in. square dish.
2. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 6-7 minutes or until top appears dry and springs back when lightly touched, rotating a quarter turn every 2 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired, or spread with whatever you like to put on brownies, or you can leave them plain. They are good either way. It took 6 minutes in a 1100 watt microwave.
