Barbecues & Grilling Summertime is not the only time for this very popular form of cooking. Some people simply won't eat steak or ribs that are not cooked on the grill!

Potatoes in foil packets

2 potatoes, sliced into 1/2" slices
1 onion,sliced into rings
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pepper jack cheese
4 tbsp butter

On heavy duty foil place potatoes and toss everything else together and pile on top of potatoes. Fold and seal packets tightly leaving a little space for heat expansion. Place on grill rack or put right on hot coals in a campfire! Should cook in about 20 minutes.

When I was young we used to go "skinny dipping"; now we just "chunky dunk"

“The value of doing something does not lie in the ease or difficulty, the probability or improbability of its achievement, but in the vision, the plan, the determination and the perseverance, the effort and the struggle which go into the project. Life is enriched by aspiration and effort, rather than by acquisition and accumulation.”
