Beanie's Pork Barbecue

Beanie's Pork Barbecue

6 lbs.boneless fresh pork

Barbecue Sauce...

4 tbsp.brown sugar
2 tbsp.paprika
2 tbsp.salt
4 tbsp.Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c. Vinegar
1 c.Water
1/8 tsp.Hot Cayenne Pepper

Cook meat until tender(in a 250 degree oven or 6 hours over very low coals outdoors) Brush barbecue sauce over the meat every 15 minutes with a brush...

This is our Favorite Recipe for barbecued pork...

I was so tired of buying the marinades and after a few tries made my own...I hope everyone will enjoy this...I have even used this sauce with chicken and hamburgers on the barbecue...

This was really good. The only thing that I changed was I left out the cayenne pepper.. that would have made it a bit too spicy for me.

It was easy to make & I'll be making it again soon. Thanks Theresa for posting it.

Thanks Sharon for the opportunity to be a tester.
