opinions on 100 calorie snacks
 

Has everyone tried any of the different 100 calorie snacks that are out there? They're pretty good. My favorite one (when I need a treat) is the Hostess 100 cal cupcakes...yummy:bunny2:

I use all the nabisco 100 calorie snacks for my kids for their lunch after school and evening treats. I munch on them for that 9PM gotta have something time.. I think they are a great idea for not feeling deprived, but managing portions.

I don't buy them.I do try to watch our portions sizes and try to make that it is close to a smaller size for them to eat.But then again i also make alot of homemade cookies for the family here so not sure how healthy they are.
