Norma, You must be on the east coast because Old Bay isn't everywhere. Unfortunately, people look at you funny when you mention it because of this. So sad for them because you cant have crabs without it.

When I do my fries in the oven I don't put anything on them so that they are fat free and just like plain french fries. The seasons are good though. I also put mine in 450 and for only 30 mins. so a little quicker. Just shows how we all do the same things just a little different.

It is just using old bay seasoning instead of something else.

put that into a pre-heated 425* oven for about 45 minutes, or until they are crispy on the outside, but still meaty inside. Yummy!!!

Thanks for the good wishes on the home business, so far it's been really busy and working much harder than I was at my job but.. no stress, no bosses nit picking, just peace and quiet in my household. I am so very thankful. I have been making dh fairly healthy meals and trying to gear away from starches although we did have a baked potato with one meal.
