Football pizzas

Okay I had to make up a name because my mom just made these when I was little (actually still does) but she always made them when we had football watching parties so that is why I called them Football pizzas. Don't let the name fool you, they look nothing like a football!!

1 lb. hot breakfast sausage

1 loaf of the party breads (or if you have a square bread tube you can use that..just so they are about 1 inch by 1 inch. I like the Rye the best.

1 package of pepperoni

1 package of velveeta cheese

1. Cook sausage while separating it like ground beef or chop meat.
2. Cut velveeta in cubes and melt in double boiler or pot on low.
3. Add sausage to cheese.
4. Place small squares (can be right next to each other) on a cookie sheet.
5. Take a cookie scoop or spoon and spoon a bt of the cheese and sausage mixture on each bread square.
6. Place one pepperoni ontop of the cheese mixture of each one.
7. Bake on 350 for about 10-15 minutes.
8. Cool and serve.

They also freexe great and make a great quick snack. My mom used to put the cooled pan in the deep freeze until they were frozen then she would remove pan and place them in large baggies.

These are always a hit at any party of mine!!!!!!!!!!
