Deviled Ham & Cheese Ball

2 4 1/2oz cans deviled ham
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 8 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp minced onions
1 tsp. parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp celery seed

Combine all ingredients and shape into a ball. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers.

I made this today. I didn't have sharp cheddar cheese so substituted colby cheese & I used garlic powder instead of the clove garlic.. It was quite tasty. I'll be making it again. Thanks Debbie for posting this recipe.

I didn't have any cloves of garlic & used garlic powder.. think I may have used a tad too much but it still tasted good. I usually don't keep garlic cloves on hand.. I've gotten some that was half rotten when I got it, so don't buy it very often.

I grow my own garlic so in the summer we have fresh, but in the winter I buy a jar of minced at Sam's and keep it in the refrigerator. Love the fresh best, but like you said hard to keep it around for a long time. If you have to sub the dried for fresh use 1/8 tsp for 1 clove
