Bourbon Hot Dogs

  • Bourbon Hot Dogs

    2 lb. hot dogs, sliced in thirds
    3/4 c. Bourbon (Jim Beam)
    1 1/2 c. Catsup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 small onion, chopped

    Mix bourbon, catsup, brown sugar and onion.
    Pour over hot dogs in an electric skillet, and
    simmer 45 minutes. Serve with toothpicks.
