Ranch Taco Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 pkg. (16 oz.) salad greens
1 bottle (8 oz.) KRAFT Ranch Dressing
1 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
Preparation
COOK chicken, oil and chili powder in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
TOSS chicken mixture, greens, salsa, dressing and cheese in large bowl.
SPRINKLE with chips.
Take a Shortcut: Substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) LOUIS RICH Southwestern Seasoned Chicken Breast Strips for fresh chicken. Omit oil and chili powder; continue as directed.

Total Time: 3 hr 15 min
Serves: Makes about 2 dozen
Ingredients
2-1/2 cups crushed HONEY MAID Chocolate Grahams
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
decorating icing
Preparation
STIR crushed graham crackers into whipped topping until well blended. Using 2 teaspoons, shape into 1-inch footballs.
FREEZE 3 hours or until ready to serve. Pipe icing onto footballs to resemble laces.
Great Substitute: Substitute COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping for COOL WHIP Whipped Topping.
