I had fun making the recipes. I think you should limit how many recipes you can make for each week. Last year, some were making 4 or 5 per day, which I thought was a bit much.

Another thing I should probably mention here is that I add 5 new recipes to each site every week. So you should definitely click the "new recipes added" link at the top left of each site as there should always be between 5 and 10 new recipes listed there.

And Tami, I'm glad you brought that up as I have been meaning to prowl for recipes here too!

That's a good point Minny. I agree there should be some sort of limit. Since there are all sorts of recipes on those sites, dinner, desserts, appetizers etc, and someone could actually plan their entire week's menu using these sites, that could add up to a lot of pie awards

I'll talk to Tami and Jodi and see what their thoughts are and we'll come up with a number limit on entries per week.

I think it is a great idea to bring it back. I never entered but I enjoyed the posts from the others who made the recipes.

I have never been involved in the Pie Award but it sounds like it would be a lot of fun. I have voted to bring it back YES!!

I totally agree that there should be a limit. Let's talk about it.

I also like to try new recipes but since it is only two of us and money being tight I will only be able to try what I can.

I also think there should be a limit on how many you can make each week.
