My son's name is Jason. When he was a baby, I started calling him Peanut (because "they" were only a little bigger than peas ). My husband thought it was a dumb name, but he's the one that has used it the most!
As he got older, I started to call him Monkey Boy or just Monkey. I still call him Peanut once in a while, mostly when I'm waking him up.
My husband and I call each other Brat, now. When we first got married 24 1/2 years ago we used to call each other Lovey or "Lovey-Dearie-Sweetie" when my hubby wanted to convince me to let him buy something!

I sure do!

Don't know why, but I call my 10 year old son "Noodles". He sure is a cutie! He tolerates this (as long as I don't do it in front of his friends...).

We don't have a nickname for our son, Adam Ian. However, we do have one for Summer Capric. However, we called her Tum Tum instead of Summer. Our DGD is named after my DDs middle name, Capric. I call her Pree. Our DGS is name Elmer Ellis III. We want to call him Tre, but right now our DD is fighting that since it is a family name as my SIL's name is Elmer. So, right now we call him Baby Elmer as not to get confused with the SIL or the SIL's father.

our odd nicknames

For some reason we called our first dd "biscuit," and I couldn't tell you why! It just worked for both of us! My dh jokes: "she's something we cooked up," lol! The second dd became "bear," because she was like a little koala. My dh started calling third dd "sugar bear," which I didn't like, but with her new nearly-orange curls, I think we're calling her "little monkey" for now!

I forgot Munchkin!

My dad named him Lil'Putts because the first time he held him he was 'put-put-put' in his diaper and smilin' the whole time!
