The theme is obvious! You're in a fire hall, make it a fire department theme! You can have a funny cake with 101 candles and put it out with a water canister! To be followed by the real cake! My husband and father are both firefighters, and my son has had this theme several times! Trust me, you WON'T have a problem finding enough FD party items at the store!
