Just curious... How old are you?

Hello everyone. I hope you all don't mind a "newbie" posting a poll, but I was wondering how old everyone is here.

I'll start... I'm 35. (Dh is 43, dks are 8, 6 and 2) I am really enjoying this age. Although I have many gray hairs, I still feel young but at the same time feel like a grown up, lol!

Hi and Welcome, Maisy!

I will be 43 next month and am really beginning to feel it! My DS is 20 and my DD is 17.

It is a family trait, but I haven't got any gray hair yet! In my family it doesn't happen at all for some members. I had a great, great Grandmother that died at the age of 99 with her hair color fully intact! We are mostly blondes, so maybe we actually lose our sight and can't see the grays among the blonde!

Anyway, hope you have fun here with all of us!

Maisy and Mom2twoboys,

It is nice to know that there are other couples out there that have a significant age difference between each other. I am 27 while my husband will turn 36 this summer. I have never had a problem with our age difference and have always felt just as mature as he is!! We have been together since I was 18, so the age difference may have seemed a little odd to others at that the beginning. Here we are 9 years later though, proving anyone wrong that may have doubted our relationship (even my parents) in the early stages.

I'm 41, but really, I lose track. To me, age doesn't really matter that much. Mostly I feel like a teenager. Except for more responsibilities.

My DH is 45, DD's are going on 15 and 14, DS's are 10 and 3.

Yes, I have gray in my hair. It stands out because my hair is dark brown and I keep it long. I don't pull the grey ones, but DD's feel it is their job to stand behind and pull greys!! Ouch!!

Me and my hair

Howdy ladies,

I am 45, soon to be 46 (July)

I have a hubby , 46 and 2 boys, 20 and 17.....THAT will bring the gray hair on quickly. Between girls and cars...oh, and the phone and computer.....there is no end to the fun at our house.
The hair care products have been a part of my routine for 5 years or so. My question is does one go from dying the gray to incorporating the gray? As we get older a total color job begins to look, well...silly. Do any of you know how to make the transition? My grandma had beautiful silvery hair, as does my mom.
