It sounds like you'll need to get some new smaller clothes soon! I got a new DVD of Leslie Sansone that has a 5-day Walking plan and concentrates on different parts of the body for about 30 minutes each day. So far I have done 4 of the days and did a different type of pilates exercise with a 5-pound ball ealier in the week so it is a lot more than I have done in a week since before Christmas. I'm hungrier so am eating more though. My dh hates veggies, so it makes it hard to pepare healthy meals.
