Yes, tea should not be used to replace water as it will dehydrate you. The best is slicing up some lemons or strawberries and place them in a jug of water with some ice. It's so refreshing and sweet from the natural sugar in fruit instead of adding sugar. I love black tea as I'm English, so I'm not saying don't drink tea just drink more water if you do.
