Hamburgers with Chipotle Sauce

This recipe was originally posted in August 2007 What’s for Dinner by DeBora43
Hamburgers with Chipotle Sauce
I take 4 hamburger patties
Worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste
tomato slices, onion slices, and lettuce
4 hamburger buns

Chipotle Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
2 chipotle peppers in adobe sauce

Finely dice the chipotles until they are mushy. Add as much of the adobe sauce as possible from the can. Add to one cup of mayonnaise. Let sit in refrigerator for several hours. *You can add more or less chipotle peppers, depending on how spicy you like your sauce.

Pour about a tablespoon of the Worcestershire sauce over the burgers. Sprinkle the seasoning over the burgers. Grill over goals or in oven until desired doneness.

On each hamburger bun, place the patty, veggies, and the chipotle sauce. Can also be served with Pepper Jack cheese.
