HI, wanted to congratulate you on the first step to a healthy lifestyle. We all need to get healthy. I wanted to let you know, I have went from top weight (180 ish post pregnancy, 155lbs top weight after/before pregnancy) to 115lbs. You can do it. You have to kick in gear by healthy eating, and exercising. Its a two prong attack. Good luck and hope you get what you are seeking. Its a journey, but remember it takes time, it has taken me a 10 months to get where I am, and I breastfeed my baby, so I know you can do it, good luck
