The Only icing I ever make!

This is unbelievably easy and tastes just like whipped cream. - It just keeps longer!

Whipped Cream Frosting
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
2-3 Tablespoons boiling water
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract. In one step add boiling water. (-takes away the powdery feel of the cornstarch in the icing sugar.) Can add milk, or if icing still tastes powdery I add another 2 Tablespoons of boiling water instead. Can add coloring or different flavoring. Keeps indefinitely. (Don't add too much liquid.)

Don't eat too much! It has more fat than whipping cream!
