Corn Casserole

2 cans creamed corn
1 can DRAINED whole kernal
1 stick butter, melted (less is ok too)
8 oz sour cream (I use more like 12 oz and I also use low fat)
1 box Jiffy Corn Bread mix OR equivalent amount of corn meal mix

Stir together and bake at 350 (It worked! ) for about an hour. This usually makes enough for 2 casseroles which is a darned good thing since my family loves it, even as left overs. This is absolutely wonderful as is OR with a dollop of sour cream and some salsa over it. Droooool it's a good thing this is on the Thanksgiving menu or I'd have to make some soon
