Salsa Chicken

as posted in What's For Dinner 9/06 by Bilby:

1 double chicken breast, cubed
1 med jar salsa
1 can crushed tomatoes
Veges of any sort.

Chicken panfried till browned.
Add salsa to pan and stir.
Turn down heat, cover and simmer for 5 mins.
Add diced tomatoes, sliced zucchini, baby corn, chopped green beans and cover. (or any veg you like, if in a hurry a quick zap in the microwave will hasten the meal along)
Simmer on low for further 10 mins.

Serve over cooked pasta, rice or beside boiled potatoes.
Quick and easy.
