Lifting weights
Hi, I'm 57 and a breast cancer survivor. Hubby and I go to the gym 4 to 6 days a week, depending how busy we are on our farm with cattle and a garden. I lift every other day I go and go on the treadmill and do aerobic type exercises in between. It has helped me get my range of motion back after surgery. It keeps my weight under control, and I feel better. It is good for us.
