You are not alone! I love weight training and the benefits are two fold. Not just getting into better shape but in my case, I fill so much better afterward. I try to at least do a series of weight training at home each morning, since there is no gym near where I live. I'm not sure if the thinking is different now, but I know when I use to go to the gym years ago. We were always told to rotate our weight program to "arms and abs" 3 days a week and we could do lower body weights daily. The reasoning is that the lower body tends to be more fit than the upper body and the arms and abs need a day to recover bewteen sessions.

I'm using lite free weights for my training right now but I've used soup cans and just about anything else that has weight. LOL
