Thanks for the explaination. Sounds like a different approach and the social aspect is definitely a benefit. I agree though about the initiation fees. It's a big committment. That's another reason why PUSH is a good option for me. There's no initiation fee, it's $25 a month, you can discontinue the program at any time and you get personal training in addition to the cardio.

But I think that finding a good program is all about what suits you and what you enjoy...and what you can afford
