Check out prevention.com and look through their archives- they had an issue that had several really good exercises for the ball. I can't remember which one it was of course! I haven't gotten one yet, but am planning on it. I saw someone doing their arm weight lifting while balancing on the ball- that would really work your abs and thighs since you have to use them for balance!
