...............Another suggestion from my doctor, that I start lifting weights to build my muscle and boost metabolism.

Does this really work, because, ladies, I am lazy as can be (and my health is beginning to show it) and I need all the encouragement I can get.

I am embarrased to admit, but I joined Curves 3 months ago and have been 3 times.

Me and motivation just do not go together.
