Turkey & Stuffing Rolls

12 Rhodes Texas rolls, thawed but still cold
2 cups baked turkey, cubed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
6 ounces cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon minced onion

Mix turkey, butter, cream cheese, thyme, salt, pepper and onion. Press rolls into 5-inch circles and divide filling among 12 rolls. Pull edges together to seal. Crush herb bread stuffing into crumbs. Dip each filled roll in egg and roll in crumbs. Place smooth side up in muffin tins sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350F 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.

serve with melted cranberry sauce for dipping... or even sweet and sour sauce.....
