LOL you might want to psych yourself up like I did. After 20 times you notice a difference and after 30 times everyone else does. I can see changes. I've also changed the way I eat. I cut out all red meat and am not eating white foods. If I eat a slice of's 7 grain. Juices have more calories than fruit.
I am enjoying the challenge now of getting through the 50 minutes. Also have started walking alot. Getting old is not fun.
We seem to shrink to the middle and this is why I think Pilates targeting that area is so beneficial.
