Had leftover chicken from yesterday. Cooked cauliflower & corn on the cob. Made a batch of pizzelles today using sef rising cake flour instead. Added some ground raisins & margarine instead of oil. Was surprised how good they came and the raisins were a good touch. Mom will be here Wednesday so will bake a cake too tomorrow. So far the weather up north looks good for traveling, no snow. Think she will be getting away just in time.
