How about this one~~easy & yummy!!
Peach Crisp Mix in a Quart Jar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup flour

Place ingredients in a wide mouth quart canning jar, in the order given, pressing each layer down gently.
Copy & attach the recipe below to the jar:
1. Empty contents of jar into a large bowl.
2. Add 1 stick margarine, melted.
3. Drain 2 (29 oz) cans sliced peaches and place in a sprayed 13" x 9" baking pan.
4. Spread topping mixture evenly over peaches.
5. Bake at 350ยบ for 45 minutes.
Tip: For step #3, you can use 5 cups peeled, sliced fresh peaches instead of the canned peaches.
