Cheese Puffs

This was my auntie Bernices recipe. We love to make these it reminds me of her...she died of brain cancer.

1 loaf italian bread
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup mozarella
1/3 cup sharp cheese
1/3 cup swiss
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 egg whites

Trim crust from entire loaf of french bread. cut into 1 inch cubes.
In a pan combine butter and all cheeses. Melt. add mustard and salt. Beat egg whites until stiff. fold into cheese mixture. dip bread into mixture one at a time and coat well. Arrange on a baking sheet and store in freezer. remove from sheet. put into freezer bags till ready to use.
When ready
Bake at 400 on ungreased sheet 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
