I've had insurance with Geico for 10 years. I have had to file several claims over that period of time. Each one has been handled very fast and always to my satisfaction.
I love the fact that I can reach a real person 24 hours a day. It doesn't matter if it's a claim or a question about my coverage or if I just want to make my payment in the middle of the night. There is always a live person on the other end of the line.
They also provide road service at an extremely low price as part of my policy. I've had to use it several times. Once for a dead battery, once when I locked my keys inside and once for a flat tire. They were very pleasant and thorough and the local wrecker they sent was fast, getting me on my way in no time.
I highly recommend them!!!
