Firming Up After Weight Loss


I recently lost 25 lbs and found I was looking better but I had no muscle tone. I tried many forms of exercise but found my favorite to be martial arts!. At 40 years(almost) of age I never would have thought I could do all those throws and kicks. I have not lost anymore weight but I have dropped a complete size in clothes! I went from doing 1 push up to doing 20 in 6 months. Just wondering if anyone else has found success in a partcular activity after large weight loss. Let me know
