muscle vs. fat on the scale
I've always been a weight scale person, if the scale showed me at a desirable weight I was happy. Now I am exercising, both cardio and weights, and I always thought okay, exercising on top of watching what I eat means lower numbers on the scale. Thats not the case, and although I know muscle weighs more than fat, its not like I'm doing major weightlifting, just enough to tone, does this still make us weigh more. I'm a bit confused.
