Turkey meat loaf with peppers & onions in the microwave
My family likes when I make a meatloaf in a microwave covered dish in the microwave with peppers & onions and tomato on top. After cooking slice it and let it absorb all the flavors than heat again. Also made roasted potatoes & zucchini.
