Kell I use the organic coconut oil that is virgin not refined. At room temperature it is liquid when refrigerated it is solid. I like to add it to dishes at the end so it doesn't loose its flavor. Adding it to cold smoothies hardens it up into little pieces of crunchy coconut. I do add it to the pan when cooking scrambled eggs so they don't stick plus they taste good too. Find the food washes off the dishes easier with out sticking.

Used my Nuwave air fryer to make a boneless chuck roast again. Cooks both sides at the same time with hot air circulating. Also made roasted potatoes & kale. Comes out so delicious & smells so good with barbecue seasoning powder.
