I love to lightly bounce around on the trampolin these days, been known to do a tumble or two many yrs back, but if you're not careful it can do your knees in. I'm still in my 40 somethings .... just lol

My gym closed down, I was going 3 times per week and a p/t once per fortnight. My same trainer started on her own business and I went with her. I go once per week now and I must say I do love that being pushed to do something just to prove I can do it! Dumbells 9kg in each hand (18kg tot), bench presses, purpees, mens push ups etc ... I've found I love the challenge!
