My son-in-law bought one at Sam's if I remember correctly and one day while I was over there during the Thanksgiving/Christmas season, he cooked a pretty big turkey in it. It was delicious. The only thing I would miss is the debis in a cooking roaster where you can make a roux with the turkey juices and it makes a wonderful gravy. That's how I bake all my turkey breast (my kids & I really don't care for the dark meat). After the meal is over, I end up make a file' gumbo with hot sausage balls taken out the casing and rolled into tiny balls, covered in Bisquick and fried, drained and placed in my gumbo. My kids expect that at least a few times a year along with their requests for lasagna.
Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most!
