The best moisturizers and toners are no further than
your grocery or health food stores. These natural
products provide the results you are looking for,
without the chemicals and extenders that can
redden and irritate the skin:

Almond Oil - Excellent for all skin types to soften
and smooth skin. Also helpful in relieving itching,
irritation and inflammation.

Aloe Vera Toner - Apply aloe vera gel as a toner.
It has healing properties to renew cells and is very
gentle to skin. Never use any toner containing
alcohol, as this strips the skin of natural oils.

Apricot Kernel Oil - Good for delicate and mature
skins. Extremely rich in vitamin A.

Avocado Oil - Good for treating skin problems
because of its high content of vitamins A and E.
Use it for dehydrated or sunburned skin.

Flaxseed Oil - High in vitamin E and useful in
promoting cell regeneration. Use it for treating
stretch marks.

Olive Oil - Great for body and hair. Maximize the
benefits by slightly warming in the microwave.
Especially beneficial on very dry, cracked skin.

Wheat Germ Oil - Excellent for sensitive skin
