Say Good-Bye to Back Blemishes

Click here for a printable version of this tip

Dandruff doesn't only hit your hair and scalp. The white menace can cause rashes on your back, too.

If you're one of the many victims of back blemishes, rub lemon juice on your back and leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing.

If your back is oily and tends to break out, combine 1/2 cup dry oatmeal (not instant), eight tablespoons lemon juice, and enough witch hazel to make a paste. Apply for 15 minutes and rinse. Use a flat wooden or plastic spatula to help application.

For regular back care, use a bathing brush to keep inaccessible areas clean.
