Crystallizing Flowers

What you will need:
egg whites
granulated sugar
Edible flowers

Beat the egg whites until frothy. Dip the freshly washed
flower in the egg whites. Cover the entire flower. Then
immediately sprinkle the flower with sugar. Cover it
entirely. Set on wax paper to dry. They crystallize as
they dry.

These are beautiful on cakes, cupcakes, punches, etc.
