The following two homemade bath teas are great
for an evening of pampering yourself or include
them in a gift basket with a good book, a pretty
mug and tea for a great gift from the heart!

Lavender Rose Bath Bag
Mix together equal parts of rose petals, lavender and
chamomile. Place in a muslin bag and tie tightly. Let
steep in a tub of warm water while relaxing.

Lavender and Milk Bath Sachet
Combine 1/4 cup dried lavender flowers, 1/4 cup instant,
powdered whole milk, and 1/4 cup oatmeal. Place into a
muslin drawstring bag. Toss the bag into the bath water
as it's running. You can also use the bag to rub your skin
as you bathe.
